The International Film Festival for Spirituality, Religion and Visionary (IFFSRV) was established to celebrate the International Day for Tolerance (November 16) and to participate in making a more peaceful and better world, raise quality of life, and maintain intercultural relationship for better acceptance and deeper understanding of people and diversity in life. Our main mission is to promote films pertaining to tolerance, humanity, inspiration, spirituality and visionary issues, carrying strong methods of storytelling, produced with excellent technique and crafted with passion and love for betterment of humanity. IFFSRV is one of the members of a big festivals group, which aim to help promote the goals of the United Nation in celebrating international days of tolerance, women, anti-discrimination, peace, youth, family, humanitarian, human rights, health, environment, disability, etc.
We receive submissions from all over the world. The festival accepts feature and short film, and documentary (any length), and we welcome ambitious newcomers to star their excellent films. The festival appreciates all the hard work every department contributes to make a film. With all-in-one package, juries of the festival will value various performances such as directing, cinematography, editing, performance, story, acting, sound, production design, costume design, music, etc. The festival will give separate awards, if they got selected.
Our prominent past winners include the Academy Award Winner for Documentary Short 2014, and prominent winners of the International Film Festival Group include the Indonesian President Mr. Widodo, Former US President Jimmy Carter, Pope John Paul II, Academy Award winner Andy Garcia, Leonardo DiCaprio, Academy Award winner Susan Sarandon, James Cromwell, David Anders, Julian Sands, etc (listed in our website). We conduct press conference, awards ceremony, workshop, and many films are screened. Working together with the largest Indonesian cinema network, several private foundations and international culture centers, and having good connection with influential members of high-ranking society, the festival has managed to conduct yearly outstanding awards ceremony attended by kings, sultans, queen, ministers, senators, parliament members, notable guests, artists, international celebrities, local celebrities and leading newspapers.
