[vc_row center_row=”yes”][vc_column][vcex_heading source=”post_title” tag=”h1″ el_class=”page-title”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row center_row=”yes”][vc_column][vc_column_text]We use Google Docs to write and edit all text. After reading your draft, editorial comments will be made on the piece as suggested changes, showing up in green.

Accepting Changes

If you agree with these changes, you can accept them by clicking on the check mark next to the suggested change on the side of the page.

Declining a Change

If you don’t agree with a change, don’t accept it and create a comment in which you explain why. Simply highlight the suggested change and click the Add Comment button.

Making Suggested Changes Yourself

Please make your changes as suggested changes as well (you can change from editing to suggesting on the top right corner of the document and will show up in a different color).

That’s it! You should be all set!

Thank you!
