Shannon Seidel is a student at the University of Pittsburgh where she is majoring in Political Science, Philosophy, and Economics, with a minor in French. As a member of the William Pitt Debating Union, she frequently travels to present and defends public policy arguments within the National Speech and Debate Organization. Being an adoptee, Shannon has spent a great deal of time working with Pennsylvania lawmakers on rewriting and amending adoption legislation to protect children and prospective parents better. She plans to pursue a career in law, but in an alternate universe, she would work in the film industry. In fact, one of her favorite things to do is sit with fellow agnés staff member Alina McMahon and binge every movie A24 has ever produced. She joined agnés films in the Fall of 2022 as an associate editor and staff writer.
