Patricia J. Pawlak was a Vice President of International Distribution/Production for 20 years, attending such festival/ markets as Cannes, Berlin, London, Tokyo, Shanghia, AFM, MIPTV, and MIPCOM. She started out as a directed but found distribution and marketing to suit her creative style. She has been involved in all phases of production in her capacity as VP from casting, raising funds for features, to arranging funding through presales to green lighting films
Patricia received her B.A. from Rutgers University spending her junior year in London studying film; Patricia has opened several distribution departments. She continues to consult in distribution and production. She recently authored an online course in Film Distribution and Festival Preparation based on her years of attending worldwide film festivals. She has been an invited guest speaker to several festivals including London Film Festival, Gramado (Brazil), Tokyo, Palm Springs, Shanghai, International Family Film Festival, Hollywood Film Festival, ShoWest, Rio Fest and Rio Cine.
