Patricia Perez’s Documentary Mistura Wins Award

Patricia at the IFF Festivalagnès films member, Patricia Pérez, won the Best Short-Foreign Documentary Award at the International Family Film Festival at Raleigh Studios, Hollywood for her first documentary, Mistura.  The film tells the story of the Mistura gastronomic fair that takes place every September in her native Peru.  Mistura explores Peru’s relationship to food, where cooking and eating is a celebration of what it means to be Peruvian.  This project is an attempt to capture a slice of the immense spectrum of experiences
